Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Marriage Helper. The "Prize" refers to either 1 month free of membership, signed copies of books by Dr. Joe Beam, or a $1,000 Marriage Helper gift card.
  2. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 1:00pm CT on September 3, 2025. Five (5) winners will be selected at random by The Promoter on September 3, 2025, at 1pm CT. The prizes will be awarded as follows: three (3) winners will receive a 1-month free membership, one (1) winner will receive signed copies of books by Dr. Joe Beam, and one (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Marriage Helper gift card.
  3. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  4. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  5. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  6. YouTube is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  7. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
  8. Each entrant shall enter the competition via the form on the entry page.
  9. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  12. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  13. Winner of prizes with a fair market value of $600 or more will be required to complete a W-9 form. The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for any expenses not specified in these Terms and Conditions.
  14. The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​
  15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  16. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The winner’s name may be announced on the livestream by The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
